Ensuring your organisation is Neurodivergent-affirming and following the legal requirements to support Neurodivergent staff and clients, is core to growing and expanding your business. At Ocelot Consulting our training addresses long-standing requirements to ensure equality and reasonable adjustments -  including the Autism Act 2009 and the Equality Act 2010. 

We work with you to build custom training designed with your organisation in mind. We take your vision and future growth plan in mind to build scalable robust training. All our training is developed and delivered by Neurodivergent people with lived experience and academic/practical knowledge of Neurodiversity.

Training the Trainers

Many organisations have an in-house training team. We will work with you to develop bespoke training material and a Training the Trainers package to enable your trainers to deliver Neurodivergent-affirming training on Neurodiversity. Giving your in-house team the skills and knowledge they need to train with confidence.  

Training the Team 

Where in-house training does not exist, Ocelot Consulting works with organisations to train their workforce. We develop training to a length that suits business’ needs and requirements whilst ensuring legislative requirements are met. We create custom made training to support workforces to approach the subject of Neurodiversity with confidence and knowledge. 

E-learning  

Ocelot Consulting has 11 years experience of online learning and developing training material to be delivered to staff via organisations’ e-learning platforms. Whether you need custom-made one off training or short courses Ocelot Consulting will work with your business vision to create training that is Neurodivergent-affirming and designed for your organisation’s needs and requirements.
